Thoughtful, evidence-based care that's tailored to you...
Online Therapy Services
I offer compassionate and evidence-based online therapy for adults, supporting clients across Australia and internationally on their journey toward mental health and well-being. Whether you're beginning or continuing on your journey, I can help.
What Is Online or Telehealth Therapy and Does It Work?
The psychological treatment I provide online is the same as the treatment offered in person, with the added flexibility of attending sessions from the comfort of your own space. Sessions can take place via secure video, audio (video turned off), phone, or a secure messaging platform - depending on what feels most comfortable for you.

Research consistently shows that online psychological therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy.
Many people prefer online therapy for its convenience, privacy, and accessibility. Whether you are located in Australia or overseas, you can access my services online if you:

-
Have a stable internet connection
-
Have a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone (for phone sessions, any phone is fine)
-
Feel comfortable communicating in English

Telehealth allows us to meet wherever you are, in a way that complements your lifestyle and needs.
